ARU Individual Programs
In-season-  3 times a week strength training program designed to maintain strength /power gains and improve recovery post game contest. Exercise emphasize injury prevention.
Spring- 4 x a week strength training program  including . Goals are to increase athletes maximal strength/power production and elicit functional hypertrophy, while training acceleration ,lateral movements and proper footwork fundamentals. Training is arranged in a non-linear fashion to elicit maximal strength and power production, and is also designed to avoid athlete over-training.
Summer/Pre-season- 4 x a week strength training program and . Goals are to increase athletes maximal strength/power production and elicit functional hypertrophy, while training acceleration ,lateral movements and proper footwork fundamentals. Training is arranged in a non-linear fashion to elicit maximal strength and power production, and is also designed to avoid athlete over-training.
Speed and Agility - designed  to increase athletic acceleration and  movement skills. Created to work synergistically with the strength/power program.
Team Workout Program
B.E.A.S.T Program- In-season, Spring, and Summer strength and power programs with the added Speed and agility program. This consists of a free weight room assessment where we  suggest improvements and possibly equipment additions.  Also a  1 week “explanation”  period were we govern the training and show how to operate it more efficiently.
